1. Event Commission & Bookings
All event bookings placed through our platform are subject to availability and design approval by our senior architects. Submitting a brief initiates a consultation and does not constitute a binding booking contract.
2. Payments, Deposits, & Invoices
Upon approval, an invoice will be generated. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total budget is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance is payable 30 days prior to the event execution date.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 60 days before the scheduled date forfeit all paid deposits. Rescheduling requests are subject to studio availability and might attract additional coordinator surcharges.
4. Intellectual Property
All stage layouts, architectural drawings, lighting designs, and custom floral frameworks drafted by Mr. Acharya Events remain the exclusive property of the brand and may not be reproduced without consent.
